Apprenticeships

Brush Transformers Ltd is able to offer a limited number of opportunities on the Manufacturing Apprentice Training Programme. The recruitment process for this runs on a yearly basis in the months of February and March.

In conjunction with a local training provider, it is company policy to develop apprentices to the maximum of their potential.

Apprentices are expected to gain a thorough understanding of our manufacturing processes, those with the required aptitude will have the chance to move onto the Technical positions within the business.

Training will be given to NVQ level 3 standard, this will be backed up by attendance at a local training centre, where they will be expected to obtain a BTEC National Certificate.

Applicants should preferably possess or anticipate gaining GCSE qualifications in Maths, English and a Science subject at Grade C or above.
